No-Fuss Low Fat Chicken Burgers

Everyone needs a staple recipe for quick & no fuss meal. If I haven’t mentioned this before, I often have ground chicken ready for me to use at a moment’s notice. Keeping a couple of packages of ground chicken in your freezer is really key for a busy lifestyle like mine. I am always on the go, home late after work or off running errands on the weekends and don’t often have the chance to put together a gourmet meal prep for the week. Something with ground chicken is my usual go to and it never fails in our home. We enjoy it so much in any form – bolognese, meatballs, stir fry and this …chicken burgers!

“Any first time home cook can do this. You only need 2 tools -“

This recipe is very easy! Any first time home cook can do this. You only need 2 tools – a large mixing bowl and your hands! Obviously some sort of vessel to cook in as well. In this case we used a George Foreman. It’s too cold to step outside on our balcony to use our BBQ. Yes, we have an Electric BBQ on our balcony in the middle of downtown Toronto. Our neighbours love us…..

Enjoy! I always love to hear about your experience with this recipe or your version of it. Please leave me a comment !
